• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the distribution center, specifically for the automated product picking system, while striving for a minimum impact on the operation of the system• Responsible for utilizing a team of supervisors and technicians to maintain an efficient and dependable maintenance department• Responsible for maintaining a spare parts inventory for the automation system, while staying within budget• Work side by side with a Maintenance Engineer to find ways of continuously improving our automated system.• Assist Engineer with root cause analysis of system breakdowns.• Review Key Performance Indicators, such as schedule compliance and schedule effective, each week to evaluate the efficiency of the department• Coordinate outside contractors when any specialized repairs are needed
