• Work directly with Project Managers and stakeholders to gather projects and assess their testing needs against current Marketing, Platform and Game testing plans• Evaluate and dispense sections of current projects to 10+ testers• Assist developers, stakeholders, and lead testers with completing projects within set deadlines.• Create/edit/update current test plans, cases, scripts and process as needs change and evolve.• Create/edit/update automation testing using Selenium and Katalon Studio

• Work directly with Project Managers and stakeholders to gather projects and assess their testing needs against current Marketing, Platform and Game testing plans• Evaluate and dispense sections of current project to 10+ testers• Assist developers, stakeholders, and lead testers with completing projects within set deadlines.• Edit and update current test plans, cases, scripts and process as needs change and evolve.• Assist the QA lead where needed by overseeing all aspects of current workload and ensuring the team meets all current demands

• Evaluate copy, functionality, APIs, and flows of websites, emails, videos, newsletters, product packaging, etc. requested by Brand and Marketing to verify that all assets meet standardized and legal requirements as set by stakeholders and legal department.• Report issues and troubleshooting to developers and stakeholders attached to a project. • Create and maintain regression testing, halo/smoke testing, automations using Selenium IDE, and keep any “non-blocker” issues up-to-date with current assets.

• Receive inbound calls from customers that need assistance in technical troubleshoot for Xbox 360, PS3, Nintendo Wii, PSP, etc.• Inbound calls from customers with connectivity issue for Electronic Arts Setup and Warranty Replacements. • Escalates cases that require further investigation after all troubleshooting has been completed. • Issue refunds for product failures etc. • Verify Account information with customers that need to cancel accounts or reactivate account.

• Receive Inbound calls from agents that require assistance in technical troubleshooting for Xbox console, Xbox live and Xbox accessories. • Take over calls escalated calls from Tier 1 agents.• Setup repairs for Xbox Consoles and accessories. • Issue refunds for product failures etc.
