Making a differenceI strive for positive outcomes for all parties involved. As an RN I provide quality assessments that protect my patients. I identify problems and potential issues and provide an overall progressive plan of care. I am constantly educating my patients and closing the communication gap between patients and doctors. By building meaningful relationships I continue to improve patient outcomes. Previously, as Head Swim coach for a large swim team for nine years, I effectively managed and motivated my team for continued success. I provided steady compassionate leadership for all athletes. During my tenure, multiple competitive team records and championships were obtained. For the first time in fifteen years our swimmers were competing on a national level. Having the unique ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a professional setting is one of my great strengths. I can be a driving force in a team environment to help people achieve their goals.
