I really enjoyed working there in a fast-paced environment the higher ups were good people and I really like the product that we produced and how affordable it was that along with my great customers service kept them coming back cuz they felt they were getting a great deal.

I was working in the cultivating part of things so I would come in at 9 am I wouldn't see what inventory we have and what needed to be rolled. Then I would break down the cannabis into thousands of 0.75 gram joints using the knockbox after rolling all the joints. I would have to weight the waste and get the metric also alot of wet and dry trimming for example I would get 440 grams of cannabis and clean it up get all the sugar leaf and other trim of the main part of the bud to be sold as is. I would sometimes watch the door or budtend honestly I didn't really do to much at tip top I would clean because there would be no other customers the whole day I would count the register and use green bits to sign in.

Starting at 5 a.m. I would use ether the hand jack or the forklift if needed, Then i would work as a team to help unload a 55 foot trailer. Inventory was a must so i had to make sure to scan evey box while quickly hauling it to its correct pallet. When the pallet was full it would then get hauled away and put in its correct isle. I would then unbox and organize everything from the boxing into categories.

As the lead paint associate

I would make sure to check the Id's when they get in the store to make sure they're of age to buy any tobacco or glass products at this time marijuana was not legal so I would sell them anything to do with glass bongs, bubbles, pipe of all types vaporizer and pens anything to do with smoking and also cigarettes of course. After they were done looking around if they had any questions I would make sure to answer them check their ID one more time and check them out using a POS system make sure to count back there change in the correct amount make sure they have a good day.
