Current- Providing technical expertise and recommendations in the evaluation, purchase, upgrade, and maintenance of software and/or hardware resources; Installing, configuring, modifying, maintaining, and otherwise.
- Identifying and documenting functional/business needs, technical requirements, specifications, project scope, project plans, test plans for assigned projects; Communicating project status/risks/issues effectively with.
- Applying effective troubleshooting techniques and preparing comprehensive root cause analysis and presenting alternative solutions with a cost/benefit/risk perspective Communicating production status with management.
