I assisted the Service Coordinators on a daily basis answering phones and submitting tickets for users, addressing there issues remotely if at all possible.. When users had issues with their computers, I would remote in to assist them with problems, and perform cleanups on their PC’s when they are running slow. I also continued to not only submit and coordinate tickets, but also I was also assigned to tickets when needed, moving users to new offices, and deploying and repairing computes, installing software, and assisting with software issues as needed.
