Corey Larson was admitted to practice in Arizona in 2003, in California in 2004, and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, as well as the Real Estate and Commercial Practice Group. Corey has experience representing homebuilders, developers, contractors, design professionals, and municipalities in a wide range of matters including litigation, administrative actions, contract preparation, corporate and real estate transactions, and providing counsel in general corporate matters. His practice focuses on litigation, construction law, contracts, lien and bond, insurance, real estate, and general commercial litigation. As the son of a general contractor and developer, Corey grew up developing a specialized knowledge of and affinity for construction and real estate. After graduating from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2003 and being admitted to practice, he put this experience to use representing homebuilders and developers in complex construction defect litigation including defense of class actions. Corey has also undertaken representation on behalf of homebuilders, developers, contractors, and municipalities in a wide array of matters including contract litigation, mechanics and materialmen’s liens, construction bonds, workplace and personal injury, product defects, property disputes, disputes before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and general commercial litigation.
