I'm counsel at the Miami office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, practicing in the Appeals and Strategic Counseling group, and the Complex Commercial Litigation group. At Weil I have successfully represented manufacturers like Dometic Corp. in defending major products liability class actions, worked with National Public Finance Guarantee Corp. in the Puerto Rico Title III process, defended Pilgrim's Pride in a series of federal antitrust class actions, assisted Johnson & Johnson in defending against talc-related lawsuits, and advised debtors in significant Chapter 11 bankruptcies, among other things. My appellate work has included multiple cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and various courts of appeals.
