I was blessed with an early start in the music industry. After playing in the orchestra for some musicals in middle school, I realized that I was fascinated by the technical side of music. As soon as I began high school, I ran lights for an a capella group and toured the country with them for the next few years. Also, during this time, I was put in charge of running lights, video, and sound at school, all of which I picked up very quickly. During my senior year of high school, I started running and programming lights for the Christian music group, Acappella. After a short time in college and away from music, I realized that what I really wanted to do with my life was something in the music industry. I began to tour the world with Acappella and got to shoot videos for Jason Meadows, a local country singer, while I was in town. By the end of 2007, I had stopped working with Acappella and had started to manage a Nashville pop/rock artist named Susan Morris. Soon after this, in 2008, we recorded and released her debut album, Bitter Sweet. I served as Susan's manager, producer, and recording engineer for the entire project. Throughout the year 2009, I continued working with Susan Morris and her band, trying to promote her music while simultaneously working for the Entertainment Technical Service department at David Lipscomb University. My goal for 2010 is to be able to quit all other jobs and to help Susan Morris be signed to a major record label.Specialties: Theatrical lighting, live lighting, live sound, recording engineering, producing, photography, filming, video editing, artist management.
