During my time as a Sr Engineer, I oversaw further transition of FICO's enterprise monitoring to IT Operational Analytics, continuing management of our enterprise monitoring solutions, including enhancing our event management through ServiceNow to include greater business logic, integrations with change management, and enriching events.In addition during this time I oversaw the implementation and migrations to AppDynamics and ThousandEyes at FICO.During the last year of this position I also oversaw the hiring to build out a team to support the solutions I have been managing and implementing at FICO up until this point.
