I became a member with Aver within the first couple months of its founding, contributing to every level of the company's growth and prosperity. Designed and developed core features of the Aver application, from its infancy to what has become a multi-million dollar venture-backed business. Designed and implemented many procedures, processes and best practices that touched all facets of the business.

This was my first job out of college. It was a very small start-up in Denver's Tech Center. They worked me like a dog and I didn't even realize it. I learned a lot in the 6 months that I was there. They moved operations to Chicago shortly after I joined.
