Men's and Women's Wrestling Teams2023-2024 Results:At the National Collegiate Wrestling Championship, our Men's team placed 8th in the Nation, and we won the Outstanding Wrestler of the Tournament with 1 National Champion and 2 All-Americans. 3 wrestlers made the Top 10 in the country, and another made the Top 16. The Men’s Team placed 2nd as a team at the West Coast Conference tournament this year, with Outstanding Wrestler, 6 Finalists, 4 Champions, and One 3rd Place, Qualifying 15 Wrestlers for the National Tournament. At the National Collegiate Wrestling Championship, our Women’s team placed 4th in the Nation with the Outstanding Wrestler, 2 National Champions, and 5 All-Americans. The Women’s Team placed 2nd as a Team at the West Coast Conference tournament this year, with 4 finalists, 3 Champions, and two placing 3rd, qualifying 8 wrestlers for the National Tournament. We also had the Outstanding Wrestler and Coach of the Year. As a combined team, we placed 3rd in the Nation for the NCWA National Cup, which combines results from the performances of both Men’s and Women’s teams at the National Duals and National Championships. In addition, seven wrestlers made the National Wrestling Coaches Association Academic American Team.2022-2023 Team Results:1 All-American, 1 National Finalist, 2 Academic All-Americans, 3 Conference Champions.
