Training Programs & Communications Manager
CurrentManage, develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of global learning projects. This includes:o Consulting with internal client groups and project sponsors o Developing and maintaining project plans, leading team meetings, and overseeing project task completion o Partnering with SMEs to develop storyboards, training simulations, and additional course resourceso Writing assessment questions, narration scripts, and recording and editing course narration o Utilizing advanced eLearning authoring tools and software to build narrated, interactive, engaging courseso Working closely with Corporate Training contacts to ensure timely uploading of courses to the central LMSo Creating and monitoring all course evaluations, confirming targets have been met or exceededContribute to the development of instructive, promotional, application centered videos by proofreading and enhancing their voice over scripts, producing professional audio recordings for them, and providing overall content feedback.
