As an intern within the marketing team, I was involved in the introduction of GetCreditScore.com, which helped Australians find their individual credit scores and with the marketing strategy for the team.My role consisted of:• Provide excellent customer service through Salesforce to users of GetCreditScore.com to assist them in any matters and to solve any issues.• Collaborated with the Customer Service team to assist any user with them enquiries.• Data entry of marketing metrics from a variety of platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google AdWords to track and measure performance. • Data analysis to collate the metrics and to provide measure such as CPC and CPA to decide if all marketing channels were viable to the business.• Assist in the invoicing process, which included data management of all invoices for the marketing team through Google Drive, ensuring total amounts were accurate and reflected the services rendered and collaborating with the finance team to ensure invoices were paid. • Drafting and reviewing marketing content that was to published on various external sites. This includes ensuring that errors were corrected and all financial information reflected the lending requirements.• Providing support to the Data team to assist them in the tracking of their marketing assets and ensuring that our platforms could track effectively
