My name is Corey Rutledge. I currently work in heavy construction, estimating & managing commercial & public construction projects. I started my journey in construction at the age of 13 working for a small residential construction company. Upon graduation from high school, I attended Penn State University where I would study Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering for 3.5 years before facing an important decision in my life. Is this what I really want to do? I decided to follow my heart and continue my journey in construction by withdrawing from college and entering back into the construction industry. Since then, I haven’t looked back. Nearly 10 years later, I now estimate, manage, & close out millions of dollars in projects per year. I have set goals to be involved in all aspects of construction. From the pre-bid process to the as-built process, the accounting & finance to the equipment operating and labor on construction sites; I have experience in all aspects. I hold many hours of Erosion & Sediment Control trainings, OSHA & MSHA Trainings, UAS Certified Pilot through the FAA, Certified Flagger training, & more that have excelled me to be well versed in the construction industry!I am proud to say that I have followed my dreams throughout my journey & that I regret not one decision I have made in my life pertaining to my career!
