Founded in 2010, Rutledge Excavating is a complete excavating company located in Northeast Pennsylvania dedicated to performing top quality work and achieving excellence throughout our projects. We have completed a wide variety of projects from utility work to precise grading of sports fields. State and Federal Government work is our expertise. Always thriving to go above and beyond for our clients always yields outstanding customer satisfaction and value. Providing our clients with professional workmanship is our priority behind preserving our employee's safety. Safety programs through OSHA play a big part of our company; from the laborers up to the president of the business. Safety has always been a key part of our business. We have employees that carry 10 & 30 hour OSHA Certifications as well as CPR and First Aid Certifications to ensure that workplace safety on our job sites is at its very best. Some of our employees also attend workshops for training specialized in Erosion & Sediment Control throughout Northeast Pennsylvania. With the environment in mind, keeping our construction sites in compliance with the most recent Erosion & Sediment Control Best Management Practices (BMPs) is at the top of our list.
