As the Recruiting Manager I ensure that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and on-board top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. I'm responsible for development of recruiting strategy and manage teams in Logan and Pocatello who assess hiring needs and interview candidates for positions. I am responsible for execution of hiring and sourcing talent, and directing activities to assist with development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies. Daily, I am collaborating with cross-organizational stakeholders and partnering with HR to ensure quality of candidates and to meet the needs of Business. My greatest satisfaction from this position has been two fold: 1- The people I work with are amazing. This team is full of hard working team centered individuals with an "all in" attitude towards the company. 2- Offering employment to those who truly need it. There are a host of people here that fit perfectly and would not be offered in many other roles. To offer them a career and see them succeed when they otherwise may not have an opportunity is a humbling experience.

As a track and field coach I was privileged to recruit and develop some of the brightest minds and most talented athletes in the country. I supervised a large group involved in several very technical aspects of Track and Field. My leadership role was extended within the first year to become the Recruiting Coordinator and the Academic Liaison for the team. During my time, the we saw significant success which included multiple conference championships and a recruiting class ranked in the top 10 in the nation (2012- Track & Field News).

At Utah State I was a part of a staff that saw significant growth which included a successful transition into a new and larger conference. Regardless of the conference we competed in, we were able to produce multiple championship teams. My responsibilities grew each year I was in the program to encompass a wide variety of duties. I acted as Recruiting Coordinator, Academic Liaison, and Meet Director. As Meet Director I successfully hosted the universities first WAC Championship, and recruited, organized, and supervised a meet staff if over 200 people.
