I established the brand consistency for the York revolution, WOYK 1350, Eventive and the York City Ice Arena. What was once a collection of inter designers with no consistency of color or branding is now a consistent and recognizable brand around the York area. My other duties are: ➤ Designing and conceptualizing for season tickets, billboards, video board slides, web slides, sales flyers, posters, logos, package designs and SEO web banners➤ Implementing procedures, organizing files and establishing guidelines

I helped establish a marketing presence for Kinteco by implementing an email campaign system, along with a social media presence via Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.My other duties were:➤ Organized jobs, creating and conceptualizing t-shirt designs, along with making sure all files are up to Kinteco standards and screen printing needs.➤ Constant learning of new programs, organization, creativity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

I was a key member of the design team, filling in for various design positions at times. I was at one time the only designer on staff and filled the role of creative director, helping storyboard, design, creative concept and direct projects.Other duties I performed were:➤ I assisted in the designing and conceptualizing of all ads and materials for our current client base. This client base is mainly in the financial and energy sectors. I helped to pioneer a new position for Clipper Graphics, where I was responsible for branding and creative design for 4 Independent League baseball teams (Lancaster Barnstormers, Camden Riversharks, Southern Maryland BlueCrabs & York Revolution). Since this was a new position I was a very important part or establishing procedures and file guidelines for saving and branding.My other duties were:➤ Designed season tickets, posters, billboards, flyers, layout and design of the game program along with many other projects.➤ I was also involved in press checks and special design creations, such as foil stamped, die cut and unique fold projects.

I managed a department with 9 employees, I helped to streamline processes and increase work production with fewer staff members.
