Partnered with technology & finance leadership to translate company’s product strategy into a multi-year roadmap of key Platform initiatives; set up associated KPIs, CapEx/OpEx forecasts and resourcing approach. I owned the business review process to inspect ROI of initiatives and present recommendations to control costs, including a successful run-rate reduction from shifting headcount to lower cost locations in the U.S. and abroad.

Managed a team of TPMs / systems analysts accountable for delivery across three agile engineering teams. Engaged cross-functional stakeholders to define strategy to support modernization & migration of 3,000+ services to new data centers and public cloud offerings. Systems in scope included: [1] a planning & orchestration system bringing data and workflows from existing disparate systems into a single UI; [2] an AI-driven, configurable algorithm that optimized migration schedule for risk minimization, resource capacity and other factors; [3] integration with a third-party runbook platform (Cutover) used to automate execution of migrations; and [4] calculation and display of assessments against ‘entry criteria’ to ensure compliance with cybersecurity, identity & access management, and resiliency standards in new data centers.Managed a team of business intelligence engineers that published dashboards used by program teams & leadership for automated detection of high risk migration events and overall performance / trajectory of the 5-year programAnalyzed space & power utilization in data centers with constrained capacity and developed a scenario-based model for long-term data center needs to understand the potential financial implications

I coordinated efforts to create plans outlining how the firm ensures continuity of service through its technology, operations, third party contracts and real estate in the event of a crisis requiring the firm’s resolution. I established governance for resolution plans of 15 Critical Operations, defined as systemically important to the global financial system by the Federal Reserve, FDIC & OCC. The plans received full approval by regulators. I also identified and led programs to enhance systems for managing contracts, corporate Real Estate and Legal Entity mapping.

I led the User Experience workstream for design of a new learning management system used by 250,000+ employees. I drove the strategy to launch a data-driven and personalized learning experience for 100,000+ Tech & Ops employee; conducted user research and led team of software engineers & data scientists to implement recommendation-based features.

Facilitated annual planning process to align strategy of $10B+ / 50,000+ employee technology org with business objectives. Delivered management reporting and Tableau dashboards to leadership, including the Operating Committee and CEO. Leveraged JPMorgan Chase’s technology resources & expertise to execute projects for nonprofit organizations and develop programs to engage JPMC's employees in skilled volunteerism. Developed requirements and prototypes for nonprofit technology projects to be completed by technology employees. I worked both in the office and at clients’ offices performing audits, reviews, and compilations as well as both individual and corporate tax returns. Through my time here, I gained a vast knowledge of how public accounting firms operate and the skills necessary to be successful.
