Within six months of assuming that position, Nevada was ranked number one in the nation in overall personnel readiness. * Met recruiting and retention metrics, medical readiness metrics, and timeliness metrics across the board. * Co-chair responsible for hosting the 2012 NGAUS conference in Nevada; a conference with over 3800 attendees and over 400 General Officers and VIPs. * Served as a member of our Joint Diversity Executive Council and was instrumental in revitalizing the diversity program in the Nevada Army National Guard.
