As an IT Specialist in the Innovation & Culture division, I am charged with making digital resources understandable for the users by incorporating the people & process aspect of technology-based projects. I am responsible for promoting digital capabilities with a focus on M365 foundational tools & Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate). Key Contributions include:•Demonstrated capacity for exercising elevated levels of independent judgment to address complex business issues across NAVAIR. Directs process enhancements, crafting applications, automations/flows, and dashboards.•Meticulously orchestrating the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination of multifaceted initiatives aimed at facilitating seamless deployment and widespread adoption across the NAVAIR workforce for the M365 deployment.•Conceptualized and implemented of the "Adoption Journey" framework, orchestrating comprehensive discovery sessions with diverse programs/groups to gain insight in their operational intricacies, functions, resources, and overarching objectives. Provided recommendations for tailored solutions while providing direction on change management strategies and offering a definitive guide to fostering seamless adoption. •Created the NAVAIR Champion Network, a M365 CoI, amassing a diverse membership of 3,500 members from NAVAIR. Ensured the continued success through regular updates and training initiatives. Produced/disseminated content encompassing a wide spectrum, spanning from intricate technical info to business processes enhancements, (both oral/written presentations).•Instructs end users in organizing their work and converting various formats into structured & meaningful data for subsequent insightful analysis. Actively contributes to the development and interpretation of analytic insights in alignment with NAVAIR's analytics strategy. Collects and transforms data into actionable intelligence using advanced visualization tools.

Directly collaborates with members of the Digital Group community and other NAVAIR sections to deepen and expand the organization’s understanding of the workforce’s digital needs, and ensure that the workforce perspective is communicated to Digital Group leadership. Responsible for conducting qualitative research and rapidly translating findings/insights into clear actionable recommendations and visual representations of data for stakeholders, managers, and sponsors of Innovation & Culture department projects. Prepares project reports, progress summaries, statistical analysis and related data.

Assists in the development, implementation, and oversight of the project process methodology for logistical programs/projects. Manages and develops business plans which include all aspects of corporate operating policies and procedures, and controlling and monitoring the execution (technical performance, cost, and schedule) of assigned projects.• Performs a variety of administrative and finance related analytical tasks in support of a contract program.• Develops detailed customer financial reports including budgets and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.• Participates in establishing and maintaining program spend plans. • Monitors and reports financial performance against budgets/plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Developed comprehensive social media strategies that increased visibility and traffic across the social media profile. In charge of enforcing economical procedures to, acquire, account for and maintain vehicles in a safe and serviceable condition to obtain full life expectancy for each asset type. Coordinates maintenance/replacement parts operations. Supervised and provided training for 12 military members.
