As an IT Specialist in the Innovation & Culture division, I am charged with making digital resources understandable for the users by incorporating the people & process aspect of technology-based projects. Produced/disseminated content encompassing a wide spectrum, spanning from intricate technical info to business processes enhancements, (both oral/written presentations).•Instructs end users in organizing their work and converting various formats into structured & meaningful data for subsequent insightful analysis. Actively contributes to the development and interpretation of analytic insights in alignment with NAVAIR's analytics strategy. Directly collaborates with members of the Digital Group community and other NAVAIR sections to deepen and expand the organization’s understanding of the workforce’s digital needs, and ensure that the workforce perspective is communicated to Digital Group leadership.
