In my current role, I manage multiple large-scale programs focused on data preparation, tooling, evaluation, benchmarking, and preference training of multi-modal generative LLMs. In this capacity, I lead a multi-disciplinary team of software engineers and data scientists, collaborate with international teams to drive program objectives, assess and mitigate technical risk, and communicate with director to SVP-level stakeholders on program status and outcomes. In this role I have also owned and lead teams focused on custom speech recognition, data collection and annotation, and consumer privacy. Contributions: ★ Lead TPM for Alexa Custom Wakeword program from March 2023 to August 2024, owning the development of custom speech detection solutions for four global automakers across 17 global locales & 11 distinct languages. In this role, I managed several large-scale technical and non-technical programs focused on consumer privacy, increasing the quality and efficiency of human data annotation, and the development of custom wakeword software. Analyzed and distilled org- and company-wide tech survey data to reveal team trends and opportunities, collated raw data into presentation for VP-level insight. Created and published onboarding and familiarization resources for Alexa Perceptual Technologies within the Amazon Learning Portal service.Contributions: ★ Took ownership of a global consumer privacy program that had been delayed multiple months beyond SLA in Oct 2023. Drove engagement between multiple cross-functional teams, revised & enforced program guiderails to get alignment between all teams, and successfully delivered all program outcomes ahead of revised schedule in Jan 2023. ★ Took ownership of a team initiative to improve ADS human data annotation quality for the Invocation team. Built and nurtured relationships at the program and operations levels between Invocation and the ADS org, created mechanisms to drive quality improvements and improve communication, and improved Invocation annotation quality by 41% across 12 global locales in 6 months.

Responsible for managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises at OLM1 IPC. Responsible for supporting, mentoring, and motivating both salaried & hourly workforce. Tasked with leading large-scope projects with site & regional impact. Contributions: ★ Lead IPC-network wide cost initiative on shift planning improvement; authored white paper establishing need for IPC-specific shift planning tool, partnered with stakeholders across IPC network, Regional Finance, & Central Ops to create novel toolsets for granular shift planning at IPC sites, contributing to a 15% increase in overall site CPLH from May – June 2020.

Launched OLM1 as Amazon’s first-ever import-specific processing center in July 2021. Mentored, developed, and lead teams of 60 in multiple outbound production departments. Owned OB process creation during launch, creating solutions to process issues & deep-diving FCLM metrics to determine benchmarks for the future success of this site. Responsible for the safety of personnel on the production floor, creating solutions to process barriers within Outbound. In this role, I was responsible for mentoring, developing, and leading teams of 60 – 90 direct reports in multiple production departments at BFI4 FC. In this role, I was in charge of a range of daily business operations essential to the effective administration of operations, logistics, and productivity in support of 3rd Marine Regiment.
