Support Firm in-person learning programs.- Oversee/perform planning and organization of the pre-program logistical arrangements, including managing participant and faculty communications, hotel and meeting space arrangements, off-site venues, ground transportation, and program materials- Provide on-site support, lead faculty meetings/host online sessions, create and manage program schedules/materials, manage timelines and program feedback.- Manage program budget and payments for external vendors. - Provide post-program reporting and analyze/report on learning data as needed- Train and coach new internal staff on core business procedures and systems- Host and facilitate distance learning courses via WebEx
