- Project objective was to understand the lead time to bill employees across organisation and identify the revenue leakage owing to the same further suggesting action plan and measures to reduce the leakage- Built an automated excel model which calculated lead time and revenue leakage based on multiple factors including Leaders in organisation, clients, across periods, location among other parameters.- Created a Power BI dashboard which allowed bucketing of reasons for delays helping plan solutions. The dashboard had the capability to be integrated real time to reduce the gap and breach the revenue leakage.- Received a certificate of appreciation for the bringing in experimentation in the existing process.
