I have worked in multiple different environments that have lead me to the wellness industry. I started my career working in a typical corporate setting as an assistant. I then shifted to a more nurturing career working with animals. I eventually decided to pursue my yoga certification as it became clear to me that my place was working with and helping people. I attended Kula Yoga Shala in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. I proceeded to complete my 200 hour yoga teacher training and got my 200hr RYT certification. Through this training I found a better sense of what I should be doing. I found that I thrive most when I am helping others whether it be helping them achieve their goals or help them in finding healing practices through asana and pranayama. In the future I plan to have my own wellness studio to aid others on their journey just as the yoga shala that helped me. I am an ambitious, well spoken, and determined sales associate looking for opportunities to share my knowledge and help others on their path to health.
