• Develops Test Hardware Boards for use in Wafer Probe and Final Test Operations using ALTIUM Designer
• Works with Test Engineers, Line Technicians and Operators for the support of product development and production operations
• Designs hardware (Load boards, Sockets, Adapters, Probe Boards and other PCB) including schematic capture and creation, component selection, hold PCB component placement and routing design reviews using Altium Designer
• Maintains Bill of Materials for procurement prior to hardware assembly
• Ensures the timeline scheduling for multiple hardware projects
• Manages projects at the same time demonstrating effective time and project management practices

Region IVA - Calabarzon, Philippines

• Qualifying and troubleshooting new components from different suppliers for cost saving analysis
• Collaborate with design authority, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, component vendors and suppliers, and quality engineers to maintain and improve existing products and to ensure regulatory and product.
• Responsible for performing pilot run of Electronics Part during qualification to ensure that there will no manufacturing issues and field failure after the electronics parts has been used in Mass Production
• Performs vendor/manufacturer selections, negotiations or technical qualifications and audit
• Introduce new potential suppliers or manufacturers who can provide high quality parts at the same time meet the cost objective
• Qualify component based on cost savings to attain highest possible merit for the company

Region IVA - Calabarzon, Philippines

• Provides line sustaining support, equipment setup. Ensures that the production run smoothly.
• Resolving product issues and performing appropriate technical support to the test area.
• Provides hardware troubleshooting and repair down to component level.
• Ensures that correct and up to date programs are loaded on each and every test systems for the products as well as to ensure that hardware are working on all system.
• Monitors devices that are failing on all assigned test systems and provide system limitation updates to production.
• Coordinates with System Personnel all failing setup with tester related issues.
