The roles carried out are as follows:Liaison with service utility providers, applications for new connections and Project managing these utility connections in terms of program, safety, coordination with sub-station installationsDevolping and monitoring of M&E construction programmesSurveying M&E installations with regard to costs, variations and maintaining budgetManaging M&E commissioning. Updating detailed programs for commissioningCoordination of services installation with all other building aspectsDay to day management of M&E sub contractors on site. Developing maintenance plans as part of project handover. Reviewing and approving O&M manualsManaging the end of project handover with the client / end user. This includes demonstration and training of all M&E systems in the building including BMS, operation of plant, fire alarm, lighting etc.,Quality & safety control on site, safely managing live services throughout construction sites, programme, chairing coordination meetings and attending contract site meetingTendering for new projects with particular detail to M&E elements of the tenderSnagging & coordination sign off with the consultant engineers and architects

Mechanical and Electrical project management of residential and commercial projects.Prior to construction on site, review of the M&E design including sub letting smaller packages, agreeing costs with sub contractors, purchasing of materials, planning programme of works with sub contractors.Project Management including man management of the M&E services on site, M&E coordinator at design team meeting involving planning applications, utility connections & Liason with Utility providersMonthly review of costs on each project with managementTendering for projectsProject Engineer – working with a project manager on day to day management of mech / elec installations, quality control, O&M documentation, programme reviews, maintaining budget CAD engineer, sizing and specifying large plant relocation
