I am an interdisciplinary designer and researcher, who specializes in experience and product design. I conceptualize, design, and build digital solutions that solve some of the most pressing issues across the Public and Social sectors. Examples of my recent work experience include :▫ Leading the research and design of a supply chain and enterprise management solution from idea to POC to enterprise application. The product was awarded $20+ million and will be used to manage $1 Trillion, 12+ functional teams, 8 international partners, and 27+ million lines of code.▫ Conceptualizing and designing a Proof of Concept that enables the CDC to proactively respond to outbreaks. The application uses disease surveillance, workforce analytics, and supply chain modeling to predictively distribute qualified health professionals and necessary supplies. ▫ Designing a project management application for the State Department to ensure diplomatic missions receive funding, are properly managed, and can successfully report community impacts to their appropriation committees. ▫ Designing and conducting a quantitative and qualitative research study to redesign the USPS Mobile app and complementary service models for USPS retail stores. This research study featured over 600 participants across 44 states. I also work with early-stage startups to accelerate their path to funding, development, and mature design operations.
