• The SCM team in Ecolor has 25 people, having as main responsibilities delivery of ready made goods, production planning, production reporting and production logistics. Responsibilities:
• Deliveries of goods to the client (IKEA) in his warehouses and stores. KPI: OTD, EqU
• Production planning (on macro and micro level)
• Data collection and production reporting in SAP. Quarterly stock count. Implementing new IT systems for production reporting (MES/APS). Maintaining parameters in SAP/MES/APS
• Stock value for finished goods and work in progress. KPI: DoH
• Ready made goods storage (internal and external).

• Responsibilities:
• Find and develop new suppliers/business partners. Outsourcing and insourcing.
• Place and follow purchase orders
• Negotiate and sign agreements with suppliers
• Raw material warehouse
• Car fleet and facility maintenance. Transport of employees. Flight ticketsAchievements:

• Responsible for production and procurement
• Managing a production team of 10 people
• Production planning according to orders and forecast
• Monitor the production process and quality assurance
• Provisioning
• Negotiate purchase agreements with current and new suppliers

• Car rental to companies and private individuals
• Maintainance of the car fleet. Sell older cars and buy newer ones
• Negotiate and sign transport agreements
• Plan and coordinate the transport of goods
• Check transport documents, fuel consumption, salary calculation
