 As dentist: - consultations/ analyse Xray investigations/ planning dental treatments required;- all maneuvers that are included in general dentistry ( odontotherapy, endodontics treatment, simple surgery, prosthetic fix and removable on teeth or implants, periodontics cures, periodontics on several children combined with orthodontics treatments only as prevention and with mobile oral dispositive);– recording every dental procedure in the clinical database of patients;– collaborating with dental technicians at every step to obtain optimal results for the patient. As a dental manager: – supervising all the assistance in the clinic (from the sterilization process to all preparations made before any kinds of dental treatments began);– supervising other younger dentists in the clinic (from the beginning of a dental treatment till the end);– meetings with all doctors discussing new cases and several options as treatments including financial fees;- recruiting new collaborators in the clinic ( medical, office, auxiliary )– learning dental students working as assistants different practical maneuvers also theoretical parts;– planning stocks of dental materials and other consumables, making orders at dental suppliers and different markets;– maintain all day contact with the front desk officer regarding all financial transactions in the clinic also with the accounting office;– mediating critical situations when appearing, between other colleagues or even with patients;– organizing events and implant courses (theoretical and hands-on) in the clinic, with several teams of doctors from abroad (mainly Italy).Acquired competencies: Employee onboarding, presentation skills, continuous improvement mindset, project coordination and management, recruitment, time management, customer care, implantology, and business partnering.
