Represent Germany as an Archetype Country at the Global Product Team by providing input and insights into the access processes, payer regulations and policy environment with regards to oncology pipeline products and inform development strategies• Generate deep insights from HTA processes, health economics, business analytics, and competitive intelligence to inform development strategies of pipeline assets in various oncologic indications to enable positive G-BA benefit assessment and successful price negotiation in Germany • Support definition of portfolio strategy (patient segments, internal combinations etc.) for pipeline assets in scope in close collaboration with with local medical and commercial team members and global development teams• Lead early HTA advice processes for pipeline molecules in Germany and work with cross functional global and local partners on the development of meeting materials for EUNetHTA advices• Actively work with CAN, FR new product development teams and the EU Regional Team for best practice sharing and aligned strategic proposals• Support global payer leads in payer research and target product profile workstreams and gain deep German insights to validate assumptions and strategy • Engage with key stakeholders (SEs and payers) keeping up a strong network
