He has led and directed the retail property management function for Redefine Properties, one of the largest listed real estate investment trusts in South Africa. He has held various senior management roles such as Senior Portfolio Manager for ACUCAP Investments and as a Portfolio Executive for Excellerate JHI and Broll Property Group.Cornelius is currently consulting full time at Clothing Junction as head of its property division responsible for all real estate matters including new business development, site acquisitions, lease renewals, landlord relationships , lease and rental administration and the project management function of new store openings.Cornelius is passionate about building his own brand and business and leveraging his personal relationships locally and internationally.
