Lead and started Flavors & Spice restaurant in Port Antonio, Jamaica.

Started as dinner cook at Port Royal in Queens, New York a jamaican restaurant. Then moved on with a promotion to head cook where I was responsible for 6 people, to help creating the menu, new recipes, managing the kitchen , train new cooks etc.

Started at a breakfast cook, moved on to dinner cook where I achieved the role as meat and sous chef. This was on celebrity cruises where the demand on the food is very high and play an important role for the guests on board on the different cruises. A demanding but very satisfying work that set the base for my career as a chef!
