Responsible for developing and driving membership development in various territories, most notably, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Use a CRM system to identify, contact and educate consumers on how being a member of Inspirato will enrich their lives with luxurious travel experiences. Assist in the development, management and planning of events and growth in the region. Collaborate with Care counterparts to ensure client satisfaction and maintaining current business when complications arise.

Assist in membership development by locating, qualifying and surfacing qualified leads that could become clients of Inspirato. Introduce and set a time for the corresponding Regional Director to walk the prospective member through the various ways Inspirato will inspire lasting memories and relationships by changing the way family and friends experience the world.

Sourced, interviewed, and hired qualified candidates for numerous roles in a variety of industries, such as information technology, accounting, finance, and engineering. Responsible for the full lifecycle talent acquisition efforts, including: sourcing, reviewing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates to analyze the aptness of experience, skills (both soft and technical), and knowledge based on the position requirements and client expectations. Negotiated with candidates in order to lock down their most competitive rate, therefore generating maximum profitability.
