I am the Lead of Person-Centred Perspective at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer, bringing over a decade of experience in the cancer care sector. My expertise lies in performance measurement, evaluation, and the implementation of equity-oriented models of care. In my current role, I oversee national initiatives focused on the early integration of palliative approaches to care, managing performance measurement, evaluation, and knowledge translation. Additionally, I serve as the project manager and liaison for funded partners across provinces and territories.Alongside my professional responsibilities, I am pursuing a research fellowship under the supervision of Dr. Rick Sawatzky, where I focus on person-centred statistical analysis of caregiver reported outcomes.Outside of work, I am dedicated to giving back to the community as a palliative care hospice volunteer in downtown Toronto.
