I have more than 35 years experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Services business. After an initial working experience in Sales and Marketing Operations, my professional career developed in Multimedia contact center management, in which I have achieved increasing roles of responsibility. In 1988 I was the founder of one of the most important contact center company in Italy, based in Milan, which was sold to another firm in 2001. Building my own business has allowed me to have a 360° view on the CC business. From Operations, to HR, to Technology and to Customer Experience. I have a very long and broad track record in the contact center industry and I have built a strong authority in this market.Before and during those years I have built project management expertise in complex outsourcing services engagements participating to the start up of the Italian customer service of some multinational Companies.From 2005 until 2010, I was Managing Director of SITEL Italy, a global leader contact center player based in US. After a long career in senior executive management functions and a deep expertise, in all customer lifecycle touch points in the main vertical markets, I decided to create Omega3C to offer management support services to help companies to optimize their customer service and contact center strategy. I can use my broad and long experience to make more efficient and effective improving their overall performances, with the goal to balance customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction, quality of service with productivity and ROI.In Omega3C I assist and support clients in the transformation of their customer service into best in class and asses their contact center strategy around the best levels of customer experience and innovation.
