Direct a global team of Business Relationship Managers and Service Delivery Managers to ensure technology services being provided are aligned with strategic business needs. Collaborate with executive leadership teams across multiple application, infrastructure, and business units while coordinating the delivery of operational services, inclusive of service reliability, availability, performance, and cost efficiency across the product portfolio.
