I conduct trials, pre-trial conferences and mentions in State Courts. I assess evidence from investigations, recommend the exercise of prosecutorial discretion and/or the imposition of regulatory and administrative sanctions for Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, Employment Act, Employment Agencies Act, and Workplace Safety and Health Act.Notable Cases: I acted as a Co-Prosecutor for the trial in Public Prosecutor v Koh Yaw Chor [2023] SGMC 62. I was also the Co-Prosecutor for the prosecution of syndicates suspected of making false declaration of their employment and educational certificates to obtain Employment Passes in Singapore. The case of PP v Yu Huajie was featured on the Straits Times, Channel NewsAsia, Today Online and The New Paper on 26 and 27 October 2022.

I co-represented medical insurers and medical practitioners in complaints and civil suits commenced by patients and next-of-kin. Assisted medical insurers to assess the liability of medical practitioners under the legislation, common law and Singapore Medical Council Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines. Advised medical insurers on damages that are to be paid out to patients or their next-of-kin under a settlement agreement. Initiated without prejudice meetings with patients and their legal counsels to facilitate disputes between patients and their medical practitioners. I acted as a Co-Counsel representing a client who was charged under the Securities and Futures Act 2001, and representing a client who was being investigated by a statutory board in Singapore. I acted as a Co-Counsel, to provide advice to companies seeking to import their medical devices or medicines in Singapore.I acted as Co-Counsel representing medical insurers and medical practitioner in a medical negligence civil suit in the State Court of Singapore. Conducted research and drafted written submissions. Successfully dismissed the suit under o 18 r 19 of the Rules of Court. I acted as Co-Counsel representing Management Corporation Strata Title in a civil suit for the repayment of maintenance arrears in the Singapore High Court.
