Started working for Cresta Holidays and worked in a small team looking after City breaks dealingwith travel agents and Direct Customers in2006 Thomas Cook took over and the call centre was closed I was then offered a home working Jobwhich was a new venture for the companySince then I have worked as a valued member of a busy team which also works closely with our maincall centre in Peterborough.
