To provide leadership in the implementation, use & maintenance of electronic systems• To monitor data input by caseworkers & administrators across the service• To identify data inputting errors where they occur & construct and implement processes to take corrective action & prevent on-going errors• To compare data from various database structures• To develop a detailed knowledge of the service’s performance & information requirements, KPI’s to anticipate needs based on this knowledge and to be instrumental in providing intelligent information• To take responsibility for checking MHSDS data for the service & ensure that this is ready for submission in a timely manner• To be responsible for interrogating data to produce regular reports to meet service needs, in particular in reporting performance against national performance indicators and specifically the performance monitoring framework for the service• To respond to ad-hoc requests for information from service managers, ensuring that responses are produced in a timely manner and are consistent with existing published information• To liaise with BI to develop a reporting suite & adhoc data requests for CAMHS that gives pertinent information as well as produce the DQ for the KPI’s and local reporting requirements• To use initiative to identify and develop new ways of working with data showing it in a visible way so it is easy to understand.• To contribute to local training for all staff around information accuracy• To design and maintain in-house data systems with minimal intervention and input from the caseworkers• To be an expert in my field for CAMHS reporting needs and understand how and where to pull the information from Show less
