I reviewed bid proposals to select general contractor.Client: U.S. Customs and Border Control I was the on-site facility engineer responsible for the operation and maintenance of nine new buildings in Minnesota and North Dakota. HVAC control, solar water heating, and drainage problems were fixed under warranty. Solutions were implemented to save money and maintenance time, such as freeze protection logic, reduced ventilation in empty holding cells, solar water circulation pump control, alarms for basement flooding, and training for operators.
