While at IMS, I took great pride in supporting a team of Directors, Project Managers, and Technicians. Securing all the pieces of the puzzle in place to ensure the success of our events. Reviewing all aspects of labor from qualifying to availability to rates, all the way through final billing and payroll, it was my responsibility to work with our internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction.Earned the "Making Your Mark" award for having a lasting impact on the company's success. My position was unfortunately eliminated due to COVID.

As the Manager of the Labor Department, I worked with our internal staff and external crew to ensure the success of all of our events. Along with a sharp team of Labor Coordinators, we worked to ensure each projects crewing needs were met, ranging from concert touring, corporate, trade show, theater, TV & film. I believe that people are the most important asset to any successful project and know that only when you treat them well, will they be inspired to do their best work.

Provided support to General Manger, Project Managers and Engineering team on projects ranging from theme parks to cruise ships as well as other specialty venues. Arranged travel both domestically and internationally. Coordinated and obtained necessary visas to meet individual country requirements. Maintained daily operations of the office such as service contractors and suppliers. Traveled when necessary to provide immediate onsite support. Worked within ERP system to maintain and manage project hours and project changes.

Managed daily office operations of a traveling speaker and entertainer. Secured contracts and coordinated travel for speaking engagements and community events, including AV requirements and daily schedule logistics between multiple daily bookings. Additional responsibilities included managing the accounting and finances of this busy non-profit organization.

Orlando, Florida Area

As the sole member of PRG Orlando's labor department, I coordinated labor and travel for 500+ crew, domestically and internationally. I screened applicant resumes and coordinated both phone and in-person interviews, then prepared, organized and completed all new hire paperwork including W-4, I-9 and company-specific documents. I worked directly with the accounting staff to ensure timely billing and executed accounting duties including invoicing, researching discrepancies and reconciliations. I trained staff to ensure smooth adoption of staffing and travel processes. When necessary, I liaised with vendors to outsource staffing needs, while still working within budget constraints.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

While at Peloton (now Bellwether), I managed the daily office operations for two Technical Directors.. They traveled extensively while I maintained their home-base in Phoenix. I kept organized documentation of schedules and budgets, managed their calendar and coordinated project team meetings. I also assisted with event planning, including associated travel and logistical arrangements.

My time at LMG started in a temporary position processing payroll for the freelance show crew. Two weeks later I was promoted into the Labor Logistics Department and less than a year after that, I was promoted to Supervisor of the department. We worked together to schedule a staff of 30+ full time show technicians as well as hundreds of freelance technicians nationwide. We coordinated domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking airfare, hotel and ground transportation. I trained & supervised staff to ensure smooth adoption of staffing and travel processes and received an award for successfully upholding proven processes throughout company change.
