In 2015 I joined Ziosk as the Digital Traffic Manager for the creative team. In 2018 I was promoted to Content Project Manager.As the Content Project Manager, I led and managed cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Programming, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver quarterly menu updates to each client's Ziosk devices.- Defined scope and developed project timelines based on resource allocation and vendor schedules. As the Traffic Manager for all creative requests, I gathered client requirements, wrote creative briefs, opened jobs in JIRA and kicked off all projects.- Assisted the creative manager with team assignments and resource allocation.- Worked with outside agencies to create promotional videos for Ziosk Games. Clients: Ford, General Motors, Honda, Southwest Airlines, New York Times Syndicate, etc.- In this client-facing role, I served as the first point of contact for all client requests, including micro-sites for Nissan's GTR launch and Baylor's heart transplant live-tweet.- Gathered and document client requirements and managed website redesign projects for Honda, Mitsubishi, and Nissan.- Hired and managed a team of 4 web content editors, and provided ongoing training and coaching to the team.
