I assisted the Development and Engagement Director with formulating plans and creating events that have goals and deadlines. While managing the creation of event plans, I formulate invitation lists and develop registration forms via the marketing software, Constant Contact. I worked alongside the Marketing and Communications Manager to promote the events. I regularly sat in on event planning, marketing, donor, and staff meetings while taking notes and contributing my input. Aside from my event planning duties I ran weekly staff meeting, hosted The International Center's board president at a luncheon meeting, and conducted interviews with intern candidates.

I managed Brooke's Place's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I created three marketing campaigns that improved the nonprofit's social media audience engagement by 109%. To increase audience engagement I developed eye catching graphics by using Adobe Spark and iMovie. I promoted the nonprofit's 7th Annual Legacy of Hope Breakfast which raised funds for bereaved children in Central Indiana. I also assisted in event planning efforts for this event.

I developed social media graphics along with writing content for Cryotherapy Indy’s recovery therapy and chiropractic clinic. I wrote an informational blog post about infrared saunas, one of Cryotherapy Indy’s recovery therapy services, and its many benefits. A lot of my day consisted of displaying excellent customer service over the phone and in person while running clients through recovery therapy services. I built strong and continuous relationships with Cryotherapy Indy clients which enhanced my communication and customer service skills.

At Butler University I participate in a twelve hour dance marathon that raises money and awareness for Riley Children's Hospital. I am a member of the marketing committee. Our tasks include advertising the dance marathon and fundraising events on campus. The committee also attends high school dance marathons around Indiana to observe and help improve their fundraising and dance marathon event.

At my family owned business I work alongside my parents learning about finances and viewing all of the paperwork that goes into owning commercial property. Individually I take calls and answer questions about the various properties, show houses, and preform maintenance work on the properties. This opportunity has given me a strong background in management and customer service.

I served as an ambassador for Butler University to high school seniors interested in attending the university. High school seniors shadowed me for a whole school day while I showed them around campus and let them sit in on my classes. This role brought me a lot of joy by helping out students whose shoes I was once in and showing them the true "Butler experience".
