I currently am a 2nd shift supervisor at Amazon in Avon, where I am in charge of 3-5 officers a shift. My job is to make sure that everyone shows up for work in the proper uniform as well a holding them accountable for being on time. I also am in charge of making badges for visitors, new hires, and vendors that come to Amazon. As a supervisor, it is also my job to makes sure that Amazon employees are safe and feel safe. I execute this by making sure my officers are taking care of their posts around the clock and being mindful of the associates/clients need to provide friendly and proper trustworthy care. I train my officers to think two steps ahead to see potential problems that may accrue and how they can avoid or fixthe problems they may run into while on post.

I worked for TJMAXX, where I was the Home coordinator, I was trained in the Cash office, where I was in charge of counting the money for the store. I was then promoted to CEC (Customer Experience Coordinator). My job as a CEC was toensure that every customer received exceptional service as well as being support for the cashiers and other associates so they could go the extra with helping the customers a much as possible. I also was a mentor at TJMAXX where I help train the new hires and council other associates when needed.
