Build, mentor, and manage a top-performing Global Infrastructure & Operations team by reorganizing and consolidating resources of four (4) separate IT teams. Direct 90+ globally distributed personnel. Cost-effectively manage a $19-million operating budget focused on investment in new target-aligning capabilities.Lead end user support and service delivery for a hybrid workforce of 7,000+ staff and contractors in 50+ corporate offices and virtual work environments. Optimized business continuity and disaster recovery strategy.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Improved the Employee Experience, including redesigning onboarding for improved speed and security, deploying reservable desks and reservation system for hybrid workforce, deploying modern conference equipment into global locations, expanding IT hardware catalog providing staff options, and simplifying wireless network access while maintaining security levels.• Drove Cloud adoption, including use-cases for AWS and Azure, as well as migrating infrastructure from premise to Cloud, eliminating corporate infrastructure from 25 offices over a two (2)-year period, adopting modern deployment practices for Cloud infrastructure, adopting Amazon Backup for enterprise data protection, and using VMware Cloud.• Directed a “Genesys-on-Genesys” Program, including internal deployment of technologies to enable business use-cases (e.g., AI-chatbots, call and email workflows, IVR, chat engagement).• Established IT Operational Metrics program used to gauge effectiveness, including improving Customer Satisfaction Surveys from 4.47 to 4.71 (5-point scale) rating over a three (3)-year period, as well as reducing service outages by 43% over the same three (3)-year period.• Supported Genesys Real Estate strategy; assisted with open, close, resize, and / or move of 21 office locations (2022); opened two (2) large new offices in Menlo Park CA and Galway IE; facilitated office closure in Daly City CA, Frimley UK, and St. Petersburg RU.
