I love working in a solution driven environment. Digging into old and new technologies and solving customer problems is the greatest challenge and a solution is always possible. I have always had an affinity for audio, whether in the digital domain or SPL. After many years working with residential AV systems and live production, I entered into the corporate and commercial audiovisual workspace. Working in the audiovisual industry has expanded that interest into programming, software and code, and macro-systems understanding. I specialize in evaluating and surveying existing AV and automation systems. -Maintain a current knowledge of the newest technologies. -Systems understanding of device interconnectivity and interaction. I excel with break-fix scenarios and uncovering root-cause issues. -Experience with a wide array of system and client site types. -Familiarity with common failures and associated signs and symptoms I educate, self improve and drive myself to be better. -Constantly learning from my experiences and team involvement. -Necessity is the greatest motivation, on-site servicing always has a solution.
