CurrentWhile serving 21 years in the active and reserve military, I built logistics standards for equipment movement across four countries in Combined Joint Operational Area in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. I lead strategic operational changes for the timely resupply critical equipment and building materials for essential life support in other operational areas. I conduct inclusion training for over 227 Soldiers and civilians as the Battalion Equal Opportunity Leader. I guide and support unit Commanders on training, logistics, personnel, and mobilization requirements to ensure constant readiness. I create and implement robust plans to relocate a battalion element, containing 227 personnel and $350M worth of equipment for a year-long combat deployment in Al Assad, Iraq. I organize meetings with key leaders to address vital yearly training requirements.Here are some of my key accomplishments:• Devised military drivers training program resulting in a 60% reduction in traffic accidents involving military equipment.• Formulated digital logistics standard operating procedure for successful implementation by multinational partners in rerouting over $6M worth of material to appropriate coalitions.• Oversaw $350M worth of equipment and coordinated the movement of 225 personnel across Kuwait, Iraq, Syria, and Jordan while maintaining zero discrepancies and equipment losses.• Mentored 300 Afghanistan Army Soldiers in detainee operation techniques and procedures, including human resource management, planning, logistics, and weapons qualifications to facilitate coalition's assumption of military prison operations in Afghanistan.
