Recruit new employees for multiple companies across the region. Responsible for ongoing customer relationship management with new and former applicants with a daily goal of 25 phone contacts. Manage the delivery and receipt of on-boarding documents. Uploading all completed documents for each new employee into their accounts. Schedule recruit training and orientation which varies between the many companies. Trusted to manage customer identification information, tax information, carry out background checks and E-Verify, and schedule drug screens for 10-30 new hires per week. Manage career promotion on recruitment websites and social media. Uploading pay information into Avionte Back-office. Uploading payroll into Microsoft Teams and working with payroll to confirm it is correct. Entering new employees into ADP and Beeline time. Training new starts for other offices. Work with employees to file Work Comp claims. Work closely with clients to through multiple forms of communication. Weekly follow ups with clients for open positions, and to provide high-quality candidates for positions. Open new job boards for each client to bring in that right candidate for the position. Send out weekly reminder to follow up with other recruiters and manager in the office. Details with Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

I started my own business out of my home when Covid hit. I make cheer bows, hair bows of all kinds. Headbands, keys chains, tumblers, pop sockets, name tags, sashes, and so much more. I started small and work it part time. I attended vendor shows to sell my items, and have a Facebook group people reach out to me to place orders. Over the years I have went from having one school to ten schools who order their cheer bows each year as returning customers. I enjoy what I do.
