• OPERATIONAL BUDGETING
• Provide input to develop the operating budget for the Security
• Collect, collaborate and communicate information related to projects including resolving problems, approving expenditures, handling complaints and providing technical expertise for the Security Department
• Ensure Security Ambassadors make periodic tours throughout the DID inspecting buildings and grounds, examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured
• Fulfill obligation to investigate and report any act of theft, destruction, abuse or negligence both internally and externally
• Provide assistance to staff in managing potentially aggressive individuals and individuals impaired in their ability to care for themselves

• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Anchorage Downtown Partnership’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through improvements to each department as well as coordination and communication between support and business departments.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Develop and oversee departmental overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
• Manage Anchorage Downtown Partnership’s budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
